Summary

CoApp is an advanced cloud-based SaaS platform designed for B2B use. It integrates seamlessly with optical practice management systems, allowing optical chains to establish custom rules that minimize errors and enhance sales associate performance.

I led and executed CoApp’s user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. This included an overhaul of the entire application, taking the product from concept to customer-ready.

Challenges

  • Clearly differentiate CoApp’s rules from those of the existing optical practice management system

Leadership and Strategic Process

As the product design lead at CoApp, my process encompassed everything from conducting in-depth user research and inventing new solutions for all core areas of the application, to crafting intuitive user flows and developing comprehensive design systems. I collaborated closely with a cross-functional team while taking full ownership of the product's functionality and design.

Outcomes

  • Users within the management portal can navigate a powerful platform with ease
  • Simplified in-app onboarding, enabling IT administrators to easily configure SSO and SCIM integrations
  • Frequent actions such as tag creation are available features, and streamlined
  • Time to first value (TTFV) has been introduced through new onboarding system design, enabling customers to see results 8x faster
  • Application is set up to scale at a rapid pace for 400% customer growth

Impactful Results
